WELCOME TO THE PANORAMIC!
It is in this unique setting, a paradise for winter and summer skiing enthusiasts, that the Bouvier family set up their restaurant in autumn 2011, to the delight of all gourmets.
This mythical spot of the Tignes – Val d’Isère ski area is accessible on skis by the ski lifts or to walkers via the Perce-Neige funicular. In this 3-dimension universe there is something for each and every one and for all appetites, at any time. . The Panoramic combines a Michelin-starred restaurant, a self-service and a take-away snack area with a large sunny terrace.
At the La Table du Panoramic, you will be able to swap your ski boots for comfortable slippers when you arrive. How delightful! The father-and-son chef duo concocts a variety of dishes cooked backstage (in the kitchen!) over a wood fire. They also prepare exceptional meat, fish and vegetables in the huge open fire, directly in the restaurant itself. Here, no fuss, just unbridled instinct! The cuisine is surprisingly simple and tasty, giving pride of place to premium products, that are prepared in all simplicity but with an unwavering attention paid to the quality of the cooking.
Not to mention the fresh homemade pasta and the amazing dessert buffet, all prepared on the spot with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc. At this altitude, water boils at 90°, caramel takes longer to colour, and the air is very dry, so cooking techniques need to be adapted.
The wine cellar, comprised of more than 750 references, will delight wine and spirits lovers. Of course, even at an altitude of 3 032 metres, you will be able to have a sip of the “must” of the Bouvier House: their collection of Chartreuse liqueurs.
