Meet at the summit
Le Panoramic is almost something you earn. You take the Perce-Neige funicular, skis on or on foot, and at 3,032 metres the landscape opens up. La Grande Motte, la Grande Casse, Mont Blanc… the summits reveal themselves all around. And in the middle of this immensity, a place to stop.
In the middle of a day on the slopes, or simply to gain some height, you stop here for lunch, for a drink, to find the others or to enjoy this pause with the mountains on the horizon. La Table, La Cantine or the Snack: several ways of experiencing Le Panoramic, from a quick bite to a lunch you let run long.
At 3,032 metres, lunch inevitably takes on another dimension.
The mountain carries on to the skiers' rhythm. Inside, you find the warmth and the shared tables; on the terrace, you lunch facing the summits. You settle in, you linger or you set off again quickly: at Le Panoramic, everyone lives the pause their own way, as the mood takes them.

The taste of wood fire
At La Table du Panoramic, lunch begins with a little ritual: leaving your ski boots at the entrance and slipping on a pair of slippers. A simple gesture that is already enough to change the atmosphere.
Around the open kitchen and the huge fireplace, the wood fire sets the tone. In the kitchen, Jean-Michel and Clément Bouvier, father and son, sign a raw, indulgent cuisine where fine produce is treated with simplicity and precision. The pleasure of lingering at the table before returning to the slopes.

A gourmet stopover
At La Cantine, the mood changes. You arrive in your ski boots, choose whatever tempts you and settle into that particular energy of big mountain days. Pizzas, soups, salads, burgers, fresh pasta or pastries: generous, homemade cooking, where everyone composes their break to suit their appetite.
The long tables fill up as people arrive. Inside or on the terrace facing the summits, some linger, others are already thinking about setting off again.

For those in a hurry
Because a ski day does not always wait, the Snack also lets you stop for a quick bite, enjoy the terrace for a moment or grab something to take away and head straight back to the mountain.
