1. Who we are
We are Maison Bouvier, SARL CLEMMA, domiciled at 770 avenue des Fleurs, 73290 La Motte-Servolex, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number B 509 068 987 ("we" or "our"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. You can contact us as described in section 11.
2. The information we collect
When you use the Site, we collect or receive your personal information in the following ways:
Requests by e-mail: the Site has no contact form. When you write to us (through the "Contact" links or the addresses of our establishments), we receive your e-mail address and the information you choose to share with us, so that we can reply.
Newsletter subscription: if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address, used solely to send you our news, inspiration and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each message or by contacting us as described in section 11. Subscriptions are managed by our e-mail provider, MailerLite, which also records the IP address and date of subscription as proof of your consent.
Bookings: stays, tables and gift boxes are booked through third-party services (the hotel booking engine, Zenchef for our restaurants, Secretbox for gift boxes). The information you enter there is processed by those services under their own privacy policies (see section 7).
Technical information: our hosting provider automatically processes certain information from your browser or device (such as your IP address) in its technical logs, for the sole purposes of serving the Site and keeping it secure. The Site also measures its traffic, without cookies (see section 7).

Protecting children's privacy is particularly important to us. The Site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from anyone under 18, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us as described in section 11.

Legal and security obligations. We may retain your personal information or disclose it to a third party in the following limited circumstances: in response to lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet legitimate national security or law enforcement requirements; to protect, establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, including to recover a debt; to comply with a subpoena, court order, judicial proceeding or other legal requirement; or when we believe in good faith that such processing is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss, or investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities or suspected fraud.
5. Messages from us
We may need to contact you from time to time. You agree that we may send you e-mails or messages related to the Site, for example a reply to a request you sent us. We may also contact you by telephone in response to a request.
6. Your rights and choices
You can review, update, correct or delete certain personal information we collect or receive about you by contacting us as described in section 11. You may also have certain legal rights regarding your information: on request, we will provide you with information about its processing; in certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive a copy of it in an easily accessible format, to request its deletion, or to restrict the ways in which we use it. Where you have given your consent to the processing of your information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time; if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the link in each message.
7. About cookies and third-party services
The Site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To understand how it is used (pages viewed, areas clicked and browsed, where visits come from and from which country, loading performance), we use the PostHog audience measurement tool, hosted in the European Union, in cookieless mode: your IP address is only used to compute an anonymous identifier, renewed every day, and is not kept. These statistics are used solely to improve the Site: they are not sold, not combined with other data and not used for advertising.
Certain third-party services, loaded only when you request them, may set their own cookies, governed by their privacy policies: the Zenchef booking module (when you open the "Book a table" panel), the hotel booking engine and Secretbox (when you follow the booking or gift box links, which open on their sites).
You can adjust your browser settings to reflect your cookie preferences. Every browser differs, but these settings are usually found under an "options" or "preferences" menu.
8. Retention of your information
We will keep your personal information only as long as necessary to reply to you, or otherwise as necessary for the purposes described in this notice. If you no longer wish us to use your information, see section 11 to send us a deletion request.
9. Information security
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information we collect and receive, both during transmission and once received. We maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorised alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, misuse and any other unlawful form of processing. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure: while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you believe the security of your information has been compromised, please contact us as described in section 11. If we become aware that your information has been compromised, we will inform you in accordance with applicable law.
